Is a Senior Consultant at Capco with a background in federal consumer compliance regulations. She leads the CAPCO Academy training team. She has extensive experience in training and monitoring of regulatory compliance mandates. Her most recent engagements have included developing and training federal banking examiners. She developed the training materials and testing solution for the commissioning of a federal agency’s banking examiners. Diane has trained on regulatory matters to include Compliance Management Systems, all federal lending and deposit regulations. She serves as the subject matter expert for credit unions. She is frequently requested on speaking engagements because of her unique ability to instruct in a manner that is engaging, enlightening and informative.

Is a Senior Consultant at Capco with a background in developing and delivering custom training in financial services, assessing and mitigating compliance risk, and conducting compliance reviews and audits. She has extensive experience with all compliance regulations, including lending, such as Regulations Z and X, Flood Insurance, the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) and the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA). Her most recent and ongoing engagements include developing and delivering custom compliance training for regulators and bankers, performing compliance reviews and audits for institutions of all sizes, and as compliance consultant, serving as an integral part of compliance management at several community banks.
