Speakers

Louvera Walden, CRCM, CAPCO Senior Consultant

Ms. Walden is an accomplished, experienced compliance professional who brings over 39 years of experience to CAPCO RISC. With her broad range of banking regulation and compliance program knowledge, Louvera has gained experience serving bank holding companies, subsidiaries/affiliates, and both federally-chartered and state–chartered banks. In addition, Louvera has prepared and delivered training seminars sponsored by the American Bankers Association, Georgia Bankers Association, and Alabama Bankers Association, covering all areas of Compliance, Fair Lending, Security, and Bank Secrecy. Louvera worked with the Georgia Bankers Association to create the Compliance Peer Group and served as its Chair from July 2006 to March 2009. She served on the American Bankers Association National Regulatory Compliance Conference Planning Committee (2007 and 2008). She serves on the Georgia Bankers Association (GBA) Compliance Conference Planning Committee serving as the Chair of that committee the first year it was established, 2008. She also serves on the GBA Compliance School Board of Directors and has done so since its inception in 2014.

Anita Albright-Gaymon, National Bank Examiner, Compliance Specialist

Anita Albright-Gaymon is a Compliance Specialist with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC). She joined the OCC in 1988 as a generalist examiner conducting Safety and Soundness and Consumer Compliance Examinations. After joining the Miami Field Office in 2008, one of her main functions was conducting Bank Secrecy Act Examinations (BSA). In 2010, she expanded her purview to Consumer Compliance and the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA). During her career, she has examined community, midsize, and large banks. She is experienced in conducting Consumer Compliance, BSA, and Fair Lending examinations, as well as CRA Performance Evaluations for all size banks. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Banking and Finance from North Carolina A&T State University in Greensboro, North Carolina.
